Mr. Richardson has several years of experience in the legal field. Formerly employed by the St. Louis – San Francisco Railway Company (Frisco) and later by the Burlington Northern Railroad in their Law/Claim Departments, he worked on many personal injury, wrongful death and property damage cases over a multistate area. During the time he worked for the railroad, he earned his law degree and later joined the Woolsey, Fisher, Whiteaker & McDonald law firm in Springfield, Missouri in 1987 after passing the Missouri Bar.
While employed at the Woolsey Fisher law firm, Tim gained experience in several areas of law, including personal injury, workers’ compensation, wrongful death, criminal, real estate, business and family law. Tim was later employed by the Brasher Law Firm of St. Louis, where he defended railroads and other corporations. During this time, he specialized in FELA claims and railroad grade crossing accidents.
Beginning in 2001, he began his own law practice as a solo practitioner and has successfully represented both companies and individuals in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, workers’ compensation, business litigation, criminal, traffic, family law, and real estate. Since 1987, Tim has successfully concluded thousands of cases.
